Nice long mosey around the parking lot pointing out the 4 cone locations/stations. For the warm up we spent a few minutes talking over Form February’s squats. After 3 rounds of correct form squats we got onto the main thing!
YHC explained the rules of Chase the Rabbit. One pax was designated as the rabbit. He was to run to the first station and perform as many of the specified exercises as he could until the rest of the pax caught up to him. Then he ran to the next station to repeat. The rest of us started with 15 of the exercises and then ran off to catch the rabbit and stop his count. This continued until we returned to the base where another rabbit and exercise was determined. We only got through 4 of the exercises, but I assure you there was an extremely high quantity of reps. They were: rocking horse merkins, lunge kicks, overhead claps and Bobby Hurley’s. If you aren’t sure what the first two are ask one of the lucky few who got to experience them and I am certain they will happily describe them with excitement, praise and huge eye rolls!
We ended with the COT where we prayed for health for those with races/events coming up, Scamper and fam, Sherapova, StopWatch and some others I can’t recall at the moment.
It was great leading some fine men, and working hard along side them!
