Gentle, 5-station beatdown in the Woodshed auditorium in a Georgia misty morning.  Light warm-up then PAX bringing their coupons along to exercise at each station.  3 passes through the 5 (different entertainment each one) of 50 reps and the hour was over.  Oddballs like the car driver and derrick  were mixed in with the normal go-tos of American hammers and LBC’s.

Nano shined by lapping everyone but used his extra time wisely by assisting the Q critiquing other PAX’s execution of the exercises.
