This was B.O.M.B.S. with Bricks!

Warm-o-Rama: We did the predictable amount of SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, Weedpickers, and arm circles. I need to get more imaginative on warm ups.

We each grabbed two brick pavers from the back of Viceroy’s truck. They feel light when you pick them up at first. LOL.

We paired up and did DORA – everything with our little brick friends always with us.

One PAX ran up the stairs and did five reverse lunges with the bricks, while the other PAX worked on the exercises. Then they swapped.

B – Brick Burpees – 50 reps

O – Overhead Claps with Bricks – 100 reps

M – Merkins with Bricks – 150 reps

B – Big Boy Situps with Bricks – 200 reps

S – Squats with Bricks – 250 reps

We then ran back to the flag with our bricks for some Mary and COT. These bricks have the strange property of getting heavier and heavier during the workout. Strange.
