First b-day present, I was surprised by a good turnout this morning. Great to see some OG faces back at Kodiak!

After warmup, we did a Phillips 55 (cause I’m 55) with a ascending merkins at each light pole. Got to the back and everyone grabbed a tire. No surprise the tires were full of water, but was surprised when I got showered with tire water spray when someone (who will not be named) dropped their tire right next to me! We flipped, ran, did exercises. Next up involved rolling your tire around the cul-de-sac loop . Pax partnered up and one pax did exercise the other pax rolled their tire. When pax passed each other on the loop they dropped their tire and did 5 merkins. Exercises included 55 (4 count) shoulder taps and 55 (4 count) American Hammers. In an transparency, this looked better on paper but we got through it. 55 SSH (just because). Rinse and repeat 1st evolution with tire flips, running, and exercises to get tire back to their (new) storage spot. Got back to the flag just a wee bit late (2 min). Finished up with name-o-rama and COT.
