I was gonna name this “Pile o’ Quarters.” But Kudos to @Cricket for the better name.
We did Quarter-miles and 25 (Quarter, get it?) of every exercise.
Upper body day… chest, shoulders, bi’s & tri’s.
25 Merkins, 25 Carolina Dry Docks, 25 Partner Rows, and 25 Dips on the Benches at each station. Followed by a quarter-mile run around each made-up track. Merkins we’re regular, ranger, wide, downward and diamond.
PAX were a bit giggly about the Partner Rows. A lot of staring into each other’s eyes. Thankfully nobody was wearing boxers.
Finished in time for about 3.5 MoM.
