1 lap mosey, circled up for SSH, copper head squats, copper head merkins, sun gods, and michael phelps.
Blocky = burpy with a cinder block = merkin at the bottom on cinder block, and overhead press at the top.
Simple routine 12 blockies, 1/4 mile run. 11 blockies, 1/4 mile run. Rinse and repeat until last lap with 1 blockie. If you finish early, just keep running laps! Should get in about 3 miles.
