WARMUP: The Usual
THE THANG: 3 Sets: Freddy Mercury’s & Mike Tysons each set increasing each time 10-20-30. Ran the parking lots in between sets shifting to the adjacent parking lot each time.

We paired up in front of the rock pile. Each group grabbed a rock. We did alternating BBSU’s w/ the rock in three set increasing the reps each time 10-20-30. In between each set we lunged to the 3rd parking lot line and broad jumped burpee’d back. Everyone loved this.

Lastly, we did the first set of excercises in reverse doing Merkins and Freddy Mercury’s

I have never recieved so much praise for a BD. AB of all was the most vocal of all. It was humbling, but the adoration was simply too much.
