THE THANG: 3 piece meal w/ a biscuit:

Burpee movement with a Merkin, Plank Jack and Mtn Climber (Kodiak Count), add a rep of each movement till 5 reps. Run a lap, then go up to 10 movement reps, take a lap, then go up to 15 reps and take a lap.

Up Down Movement with Big Boys, American Hammers and Crunchy Frogs (4 count). Same count methodology as first round.

So much complaining from the PAX, I’m disappointed. I kept them nice and dry and all they could do was complain about all the Merkins and their poor tail bones. Rest Stop looked like kid looking for a lost toy doing his Up Downs. Oxbow really needs to go see a gastroenterologist. FMB broke himself. Baby Face was his normal chipper self. And where was Bloodhound??? Poor Misty is gonna have to bath in tomato sauce to get the Oxbow stink off of him…
