Moseyed around the parking lot dodging the late comers. Circled up for:

15x SSH
10x Copperhead Squats
10x Imperial Walkers
OYO Sun Gods

THE THANG:

40 exercises on the board. Started with number 1 and did the exercise for 40 seconds AMRAP followed by 20 seconds of rest.

The PAX then had to answer a 90s Trivia question. They get it right, we move on to the next exercise. They get it wrong and then it was rinse and repeat.

We made it through 10 exercises, haha.

– Tallyman less than thrilled with trivia, haha. I just need to find a subject he can excel in
– The audience was definitely split as to who did and did not do trivia
– 8-Bit was clutch on the basketball trivia
– Bo Peep with the surprise knowledge of NSYNC and baby back ribs
