The thing before the thing: we moseyed up to the upper parking lot and did some SSH, Imperial Walkers, and Weed pickers.

The Thing:  We moseyed down to the field in front of the stage where a bucket with music awaited.  That was the center of the BD.  There were five points around the amphitheater where the exercises were to be done.  Each round built on the round before.  For kicks and giggles, we added another point where we did 3 Burpees to start each round.  At the first point, we started with 10 Merkins and then did 10 Merkins at each point after that, always returning to the center before going to the next point.  It was a sprint, jog, mosey to the center then to the next point.  The exercises increased for each round.  They are listed below:

10 Merkins
15 Big Boys
20 Flutterkicks
25 Overhead Claps
30 Squats
35 LBCs
40 American Hammers

Then we finished on the stage with a little Whoopsi-Daisy or as I like to call it – @Brad Pitts.  To the song Catchafire (Whoopsi-Daisy) we did leg raises.  Our legs were six inches off the ground and every time they sang “Whoopsi-Daisy” we lifted our legs to 90 degrees, then returning them to 6″.

After that we did a little Round Mary.

Then it was coffee time.
