Mosey to the west end of the parking lot near the stadium, circle up for
some warm-o-rama favorites: SSH, weed pickers, sun gods, michael phelps
As a group mosey along the back road, stopping at each light
for 5 burpees. Great encouragement was had among the fellowship as we
worked our way along, sometimes walking instead of moseying just to catch our breath a bit. We kept along in this fashion until we got to Grapes of Wrath hill. Come to find out this appetizer ended up being a good 115 burpees strong.
- Main Course
Perform 11s: merkins and BBS. Merkins at the base of the hill, run a biiiig ol’ “M” up the hill, down, up again, down again ending up at the middle school sign for the BBS. After, I dunno, 4 or 5 rounds YHC called an audible to get to the final dish. Mosey to the roundabout.
11s again, derkins and more derkins. Start with derkins at one end of the roundabout, lunge walk across the road to the circle center of the roundabout, bear crawl across, lunge walk the street on the other side, do more derkins. Great mumblechatter and further encouragement was had in this smaller space.
