THE THANG:

7s w/ Rock-Paper-Scissors
PAX line up on the field and do 7s with one PAX in the middle doing AMRAP Burpees. When a PAX runs by they challenge them to Rock-Paper-Scissors. If they lose, then they do the burpees. If they win, they keep moving. Did this until all PAX got through with 7s

Capture the flag (with swords)
Standard capture the flag except the littles had foam swords and getting hit meant burpee penalty

Keep it up
Last routine was with balloons. We just had to partner up and then keep the balloon afloat. If it hit the ground it was a burpee penalty

Moseyed back to the flag.
