Ruck up. Begin rounds of glory and mild regret.
At every ~15-20 yards, stop for a station:

Lower Loop:
– Vary mode of animal transportation between stations or until you cry “NI!”

1️⃣ Copperhead Squats x8 + Bear
2️⃣ Flutter Kicks x8 + Horse
3️⃣ Merkins x8 + Cricket
4️⃣ LBCs x8 + Duck

Upper Loop:
– Indian Run between stations

🧠 Moleskin:
The only thing heavier than our rucks were the questionable British accents. Spirits high, mumblechatter mostly about @RestStop’s house. Everyone survived. @BabyFace may have been turned into a newt — but he got better.

🛡️ COT:
Like coconuts without horses, we carry weight together. The real Grail isn’t out there — it’s in the effort, the grit, the gloom. And probably in your water bottle.
When you’re struggling focus on God. “Oh, don’t grovel! If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s people groveling!”
