THE THANG: 15 minute Zone 2 (zone 3 on garmin) run in circles.
Then we recovered the 40, 60, 80 lb sandbags and went to the hill where the Pax did:
50 squats (together) then sprinted up the hill
Then- 21 merkins, 18 overhead press, and 6 bear complex (burpee, row, powerclean and jerk) with the associated weight before the other team ran down the hill, did 50 squats and came back up.
Round two we replaced sprints with Bernie.

The pax where pleasantly worked over and zero refunds were requested.
MARY: Provided opportunity for new pax to practice cadence count, and then drysocket went off reservation and made us do Merkins during Mary.
