It was a near freezing morning at Safari. But that didn’t stop 9 PAX from showing up and getting to work. @Hopper showed up a little early to assist staging the coupons (cinder blocks). Much appreciated.
We departed from the flag and moseyed halfway down the entrance road. Circled up for:
• windmills (in cadence)
• weed pickers (in cadence)
• sungods (OYO)
• Michael Phelps ( (in cadence while running). You are welcome @Dugger
Moseyed to the end of the entrance road, turned right on E. Cherokee, and then another right into Kroger parking lot. We circled parking lot in counterclockwise path stopping at stations for:
• SSH x 50
• mountain climbers x 50
• squats x 50
• merkins x 50
We moseyed back to Safari parking lot,
PAX formed groups of two and did some Dora. One PAX rifle carried a cinder block above their head walking light pole to light pole and back. If they could not hold it up there and back they did 10 cinder block curls while walking and returned it above their head. All the while the other PAX started Dora:
• merkins x 100
• BBS x 200
• LBC x 300
When PAX returned with cinderblock, they picked up Dora reps while other PAX carried cinder block above their heads Wash, rince, repeat.
Two laps of indian run around the parking lot and returned to flag for Mary.
