Four Circuits separated by Oliver North’s up hill

1st Circuit: (WMDSS) WMD, Star Jumps, Squats (prisoner style) minute of each

2nd Circuit: (GAASS) Ground Pounders, American Hammers, Bonnie BlAirs, Speed Bumpers, Snowboard 180’s

3rd Circuit: (BOMBs) Burpees, Overhead Press, Merkins, Big boy Situps, (forgot to do the “S”… Was going to be squats)

4th Circuit: (COLIN) Crunchy Frogs, Outlaws, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, No Surrenders
