Today was Q 1 of 5 of P-body Ultimate Q Week. We started of with a lap around the island, then we circled up for the-

16 SSHs
16 Copperhead Squats
16 Hillbilly Walkers
16 Mountain Climbers

We mozzyed down to the area in front of the other building.

One person began by doing 48 jump ropes then 4 merkins. They repeated this while everyone else did the next exercise. Every round ended with a lap.
16 burpees
32 Shoulder Taps
48 Calf Raises
64 High Knees

Plank on the six in between rounds, switch jump roper each time.

We then did a modified ring of fire passing the jumpr rope around while descending count from 16 to 8 to 1. Everyone else did a plank, lunge hold, and air chair.

16 Flutter Kicks
16 crunchy Frogs

Day 2 of 5 of afformentioned P-body Ultimate Q week will be at The Oz.
