The Thang: Musical Dora. Partner up. Partner A performs exercise, while Partner B runs 50 yards and back – flapjack. Where superset indicated, Partner B does exercise then partners flapjack. Exercises were performed for entire length of song – number of reps irrelevant. Also, PAX did one lap around track when Q paused music. Exercises and corresponding songs are listed below. All in all, PAX did a lot of coupon/sandbag work and ran 3.2 miles.
