THE THANG: we all got coupons and moseyed to the track. Lunged from entry to halfway to another entry and the moseyed to the next entry. Repeated the principle with rifle carry and then curls.

Then kept the coupons and moseyed to the field. 10-10-10: nurse bunny 10 yards, do 10 bent over rows and 10 overhead press. All the way to the other goal line. Coming back we lunged 10 and did 10 deadlifts and 10 squats.

Chevy did an awesome job making sure the 2.0s kept moving.
