WARMUP:

Run down the hill, do stretchy things, run backwards up the hill.

THE THANG:

Kind of a crockpot since I put a bunch of stuff together and made pax run around with it and sweat on the first balmy morning of 2024. But there was a theme and we didn’t go out of the curtilage (Duggar).

Do thinks with awkward coupons: Unroll and roll 50 foot sections of large diameter hose (oos) bear crawling and duck walking in teams of two while the other pax did laps with various tools or 2.5 (oos) donut rolls. Switch out.

Then two man team carry the LDH around markers on the field while the other pax carried various coupons up and down a pretty steep (and slippery) hill.

Schlep all that crap back to my mom-truck.
