WARMUP: Mosey to the field. Stretchy stuff and SSH
THE THANG: Mosey up the hills and over the dells to the Skate Park. 11s in the bottom of the pool, merkins and bbs. Can’t exit the same way twice. Then advance along the obstacles with increasing merkins and dips. Run to the bathroom for more merkins and dips. Run to the FIA hill for more 11s BBS and merkins.
