THE THANG: Bags of Fun
Dora style work out with sand bag evolutions. One partner did an exercise while the other did the sandbag evolution. The exercises and evolutions were as follows; 500 mountain climbers, mosey around the school running track with a sandbag. 750 plank jacks and bear crawls sandbag drag. 1000 SSHs and sandbag toss.
The exercises were cumulative between the 2 PAX. Once you finished the exercise you switched the sandbag evolution to the next one along with the exercise.
