THE THANG: two laps around the middle school. Congregate at the bottom of car lanes.
1. Merkins, do 25 then run up the hill to second speed bump and back. 20 merkins up n back, 15 up and back, 10 up n back.
2. Squat Jumps 25,20,15,10
3. Mike Tyson 25,20,15,10
4. Lungi 20,15,10,5
