Then up the big hill outside of the parking lot, we completed a merkin ladder to start things off.
Once back to the parking lot, YHC had a stack of index cards that had two different exercise on it with reps of 100 for the first exercise and 200 for the second. While one person ran the other PAX would complete the exercise listed. Groups of 3 were formed to knock out as many of the cards in the stack before time ran up. A penalty of 1 burpee per unfinished card was paid by each PAX.
