We ran south down Main St. in DTW from Canyons to 92 where did ran out to a comfortable distance before turning around at various spots.  Trickum Rd was the goal to reach before running back the same way we got there.  Total miles varied individually, but most got in a 10k ish distance for the morning.  At least 800 calorie burned guaranteed fulfilled.  This was a good week for the Flying V/J crowd numbers wise and we would like to see those numbers to continue rise.  Lets GO
