THE THANG: Moseyed over to where the monster board has been placed in secret at some point over night, in the cover of darkness. This secret board detailed how the Pax and how we were going back to school..but the question who would graduate?! In the F3 world, we call this the Billy Madison…

Each grade level had an exercise (w/rucks). Pax would do 12 reps, then a run/walk/mosey down the stairs to the school entrance and back up. Repeat the grade just completed then move on the next grade..then back down the school entrance and return. For example..1st grade, run, 1st grade, 2nd grade, run…and so on.

1st Grade – DIPS
2nd – Squats
3rd – Curls
4th – Thrusters
5th – Calf Raises
6th – Merkins
7th – Jump Squats
8th – OH Presses
9th – Skull Crushers
10th – Derkins
11th – BBS
12th – Burpees

No Pax graduated!!
