WARMUP: a quick ruck around the theater that lead to different variations of sprints up the stairs
THE THANG: we took the log to the neighborhood with hills. We then rucked the hood- and then took a prolonged Bernie up the hills.

Returning to the log sooorie smoked the pecks and then brought it back to the top of the amphitheater stairs. Sooorie hoped from some creativity but mouth would not have it, forcing the Chad to carry the log down the stairs in the most boring way imaginable.
