No WOR, we had places to go and stuff to do. We rucked through downtown to the right behind Reformation Brewery. We had three sandbags that we split amongst the 7 of us periodically on the way.

Elevens: With rucks on
Started with 10 squats, run/walk to next streetlight then performed 1 Merkin. We worked our way down to 1 squat and 10 Merkins. For some reason, Sooorie decided to do squat jumps instead. 🤦🏻‍♂️ YHC called recover at 0630

The Thang:
We rucked to woofstock on the greenway. There we found some coupons YHC had stashed a little earlier. A wheelbarrow with some Cindys and a 30” exercise ball. Oh, and the exercise ball was half filled with water. The PAX were informed that we needed to get all of this back to the AO. We couldn’t use the wheelbarrow for the exercise ball and if the ball touched the ground bad things would happen. So in rotation all PAX able to, took turns with the exercise ball which was the coupon from the depths of hell. (All credit goes to Cadre Motorboat for the idea) The rest of the PAX had the wheelbarrow, one Cindy, two 40lb sand bags and a 60 lb sand bag. We traded around so everyone got a short break and a turn with the heavier coupons.

COT:
Count off, name o’rama, announcements, prayer requests, prayer and coffeteria happened. (YHC skipped 6th man in the interest of time since some PAX were double dipping.)
