Good VQ i think. Guys helped get me through a rocky speaking start. after warm-up we ran to our first workout location where we worked on calves and a few merkins mixed in. We then ran back to base and did 11 with pullups and squats going um and down the hill on all 4s. We cut it short so we would have time to finish up with lunges and burpees. The supportive group helped me through the VQ!
