THE THANG: Start with some around the world lunges in cadence. Had Manning all flustered because he can’t keep up with numbers.
Then we ran the loop stopping for Star Jumps, Merkins, Monkey Humpers, and BBS. 30 reps each exercise on the first lap. Then 25 reps on lap 2… and so on and so forth.

Around the middle of that 3rd Lap, The Mole had a rumbly in his tumbly that could not be ignored. A quick jaunt back to the house to dump some shit and then he returned for the COT and coffee.

MARY: After a sufficient dropping of the poo, The Mole arrived back in time to witness a couple Mary exercises by the flag.
