The Appetizer

Big boy sit ups at the bottom of the Great Bear Hill. (we have affectionately named the hill behind the pool that, because the Slab-ites love to bear crawl up it.) Anyway, the big boys start at 1 and we worked our way up to 10 with a bear crawl and a run around to the bottom of the hill in between each consecutive set.

The Thang

We mosied back to the parking lot for a little fun. There were 6 stations, 3 with the Big Bolts and 3 with Mary. Each PAX took a station and exercised during the duration of the timer then rotated to the next station. The timer? One PAX pulled a truck tire with weight on it all the way to the end of the parking lot and back. Each PAX got a chance to pull the tire at least once if not twice. The stations were as follows: Curls, Freddy Mercuries, Overhead Presses, Flutter Kicks, no-bench Presses, LBCs.

When a suspicious vehicle circled a couple times then pulled up and parked up the street, YHC called an audible and we all mosied up to the entrance and back. We took a pit-stop at the vehicle to ask them what they were up to. In broken English, they said they were with a tree company and here to work. Then a while later they fired up their truck and left. Not suspicious at all. As the brothers and keepers of the gloom, we did our job.

Put all the toys away and finished up with Mary. Apparently, T-Dubz (Training Wheelz) was stalling so he “lost” Edibles car keys. After finding them, we had enough time for a few American Hammers and that was time.

Count off, name o’rama, 6th Man (Spider), prayers lifted and coffeteria finished us up. Was great to have Cannonball out to the Slab. Come on back sometime!!
