The Story of the No-Show Q
Duggar, in a moment of overconfidence (or perhaps delusion), promised the Pax he’d step up and Q. He assured us that despite his late flight home, he’d be there in the Gloom, leading the charge. But when the time came… crickets.

Duggar was missing. Vanished. A ghost in the gloom.

Some say he was still recovering from his in-flight peanuts and complimentary soda. Others claim he was wrapped in a Snuggie, dreaming of workouts he should have led. The truth? We may never know.

But while Duggar slept, the rest of us SHOWED UP.

The Thang (Because Duggar Didn’t Deliver One)
With no pre-planned Q, the Pax did what F3 men do—we adapted, we led, and we pushed forward.

Each man took a turn leading a portion of the beatdown:

🔥 Olan Mills – Opened with a warm-up then 11’s (pull ups and donkey kicks)

🔥 Bloodhound – Decided Duggar’s absence deserved pain, so we did burpacides

🔥 Misty – Decided we needed more pain so Captain Thor was brought in.

🔥 Dory – Took us to the pain cave for some 4 Corners

🔥 Gandhi – Capped it off with a core and quad crusher finale:

“Maybe Duggar is in a different time zone?”
“Should we do some Duggar-themed exercises? Like the No-Show Burpee—where you just don’t do one?”
“I think his flight landed, but his motivation didn’t.”
