Run to each mailbox and do alternating squats then lunges starting at 5 and adding 5 each time. Finished at the stop sign with Mall Cop leading the 40 squats in cadence. Wax-on did 10,899. 💪

Abs
Moved to playground. Big boy sit ups till failure, run around the pool and then rinse and repeat.

Arms
Grabbed our coupons that all the PAX were drooling over. Curls on one side of the playground and presses on the other side. Exercise till failure then murder bunny to the other side.

Put up the coupons and did ~2 minutes of Mary.
