THE THANG: Today was our give-back to the Colosseum. I brought a trash bag and we did a sweep across most of the property. We had a partner the entire BD and stopped at three spots for exercises. Each piece of trash you and your partner collected resulted in a deduction in reps

Stop 1: In front of the Warehouse. Starting rep count was 300 and each piece of trash deducted 5 reps. Did Dora with LBC’s while other pax broad jumped to the first parking line and back.

Stop 2: Far corner of property off Neece rd. Starting rep count was 100 and each piece of trash deducted 1 rep. Exercise was alternating Mike Tyson’s with your partner.

Stop 3: Back to the flag but took the long route around the playground. Starting rep count was 40 and each piece of trash deducted 1 rep. Exercise was Bropee’s
