These are notes I left for myself.
This work out is a bit cheesy, not much information other than I saw a few themed beatdowns and wanted to give it a try. Everything is designed in sections so you could move to one location, do a section of your choice and then move. This one is themed for boy scout merit badges.
Start no run, yell every one on their six.
A scout wakes up to revile, when revile plays do 20 situps. Revile is the start of a 45 minute playlist.

Everyone gets out of their tents and stands up to stretch.

Mozzie to each Merritt badge, do them in any order see fit. Ask a question at the end of each one. If wrong do 10 burpees.
First aid:
Learn search and rescue. Line up and lunge across the parking lot. Then do firemen Carrie’s across the parking lot with a partner, then go back at the end.

Do wheel barrows then air sqauts to plant a tree.

Knife safety:
After Jack knifes, explain a new scout caused a random amount of damage, do 2x a playing card to determine the damage, and do that many merkins to repair it.

American hammers to mine the stone and 20 diamond merkins.

Everyone gets in a circle for merkins, and does the wave in merkins for 120 seconds. Then Carolina dry docks 20.
