YHC set up 10 cones around the track. At each cone PAX perform man makers, presses, curls, lunges. Started with 10 and at each cone descended the count. We moved as a unit so the gazelles planked on the 6 after each cone’s exercises. Passed the WT guys at cone 6/7 who looked like they were just standing around. Must’ve been nice.
Once we returned to startex, had the PAX stack the cones by the lesb… PT cruiser. Found a nice stretch of parking lot and did 2/4/8. PAX bear crawl 2 parking spaces, do 4 merkins, and 8 squats. Rinse/Repeat til the Q calls it.
Set up 8 stations around the outdoor “gym” at Hobgood:
Roll-ups (2″ x 24″ PVC pipe with a rope tied to a 10lb (or 40lb if you ask Mall Cop) kettlebell)
Pain Bucket Carry
20 sec. on and 10 sec. off. 90 sec. between rounds. Got in 4 rounds.

Great weather at the Shed! Turns out Mall Cop and Dufresne are great at pulling my leg. Sorry I called you Flatline, short circuit. My memory is not great. There were some dirty jokes told which I didn’t hear. And never run around the track to pick up cones, otherwise the PAX will get a picture without you.
