The harder you push, the less it’ll suck. That’s what she said…we, on the other hand, were saying other things.

Partner up! One partner runs to the lightpole while the other partner exercises. Every time the partner runs you go to a further lightpole. There were 12 total (including the one we were positioned at, so you can call it 11). If the exercises were not complete after reaching the 12th lightpole the PAX started working their way back with each round. The exercises were:

100 Burpees

200 Big Boys

300 Squats

200 Monkey Humpers

100 Merkins

We finished with I little time to spare so the PAX chose an exercise of their choice, did 50x reps and then took a final lap around the parking lot. Once the 6 rolled in we circled up and finished out the morning with a little Ring of Fire Mary.

Naked Man Moleskin:

M2M said it best this morning but the accountability and fellowship that we share each morning is the reason F3 is so great. I’m constantly inspired to do better just being out there with you men. The fellowship is just icing on the cake as we not only share the good times, but the bad. We are stronger together than we ever will be on our own. I just celebrated my 3 years with F3 and they have been some of the best. I look forward to many more mornings in the gloom with you guys and the Vineyard will always be home to me.
