We started our journey at Woodstock City Church and said a prayer for we knew the journey ahead was not going to be easy.  Our goal, like every Friday, was to average less than 17 minutes rucking miles.  Our old friend Hopper joined us for the first time, he was missed.  We left down Ridgewalk Trail to Ropemill Road.  It was a downward decent which could only mean one thing, a big hill to concur on the way back.  We ruck about a mile into Ropemill trails before we turned around.  When we arrived back at the hill we all gasped and said a prayer and headed up felt like a 90 degree angle.  Once we conquered the hill we headed to the Outlet mall and circled the parking lot heading to part two of Ropemill Road which lead us to Ridge Trail and the last mile of our journey.   Upon arrival back to the Startex we were met by Scamper and Gut Check who joined our COT.  Gut Check lead us in prayer and we enjoyed some coffee.  Overall ti was a great way to spend a Friday Morning.

We completed 4.5 miles at an average of 15:18 minutes per mile.  Once again we defeated the Sub-17 goal!!
