WARMUP: Went from one place another place then to the bottom of hill
THE THANG: One pax picks an exercise from the provided list and then runs a lap. Rest of the pax do the exercise till the return. Next pax picks an exercise and runs…once all pax have had a turn, we mozied to the bottom of the long stairs. Same thing except pax runs up the stairs, across the top, back down stairs carrying 40 lb sandbag (Susan B. Anthony Henderson). If she touches the ground 5 burpees.
Then we moved to step ups. All pax do steps up but first one does 10 with Susan then the next pax takes her and does 10…then once all had a turn with Susan.
