– indian run halfway around the track
– then bear crawled to the snack shack
– 20 Derkins
– 20 dips
– continued indian run for other half of track
– 50 Big Boys
– 50 Freddy Mercurys (4 count)
– mosey to bottom of old amphitheater
– box jumps up and sprint to top of the hill, with 10 Merkins before heading back to start. Repeat 2 times
– then sailor moon and Quadzilla lead some exercises
– then we went to the hill and held a plank while one by one we sprinted up the hill back to the flag.
