WARMUP:
– air chair with sandbag
– side straddle hops
– imperial walkers
– weed pickers

THE THANG:
-Indian sandbag run to really big puddle at the track. Then 2 minutes of hydro man-makers with overhead sandbag toss.

-continued Indian run to next gate. Then 2 minutes of Hand-Release Merkins.

-Suitcase Carried Sandbag to next gate. Then held planks (both lower and regular) for 2 minutes.

– alternated arms and continued suitcase carry to last gate. Then 2 minutes of Bench Presses.

– Sandbag carry 200 yards, then zerchers carry to the gazebo. Then 2 minutes of Dips w/sandbag on lap.

-we then headed to the parking lot and held plank while everyone sandbag ran to the other side of the parking lot one by one. When they got to the other side, held plank till everyone got there.

MARY:
– brad pit finished is up with some 6 inches exercises.
