Tis the night before- and Sooories phone sends a notification- He has the Q in the morning.  Caught off guard Sooorie rushed to solidify the perfect morning for the men of the Apex.  With new and old toys alike, he gathered his arsenal of pens and pain and set forth to forfill the promise he made to the men of Apex.

WARM-O-RAMA
A causal mosey followed by the classics, and an uncomfortably longer than usual arm circles.  We retrieved coupons along with the BBT, Sandbags, Fence poles, and rope.

THE THANG

The Pax divided into team of 2.  The group would perform:

10 merkins

10 shoulder tap (kodiac)

10 deadlift into front raise

10 dips

For 3 rounds, then run a lap.  When they came across the BBT, they did 3 flips each.

WHILE- one team Held the middle (minivan centurion reference)
They would start with 1 pole (laced with sandbags) rifle carry to the next lamp post, then do up and overs while walking to the next lamp post, then 15 bicep curls, then carry the bags to the remaining pole and back.  Rotate with another team.

The second half, we added another pole and did gurney carries for the strip.

COT

Prayers thanking our heavenly father for provided a wonderful gloom, healthy pax.  SOOORIE was practicing candor and asked the  PAX for feedback.  They mentioned that Sooories poles were too big and it made it difficult to hold.  Sooorie was particularly proud of this Con.  The only women in his life who said he had small poles were his Ex’s.  This was a good sign.

We discussed the necessity for Agency.  That once we give up our right to choose, we must bare the responsibility of the outcome though that outcome would be out of our control.  Python brought up a wonderful point.  If you leave the decision of what to do to your M, she will fill your time.  Many PAX become resentful when told what to do when it does not align with their wants, yet they failed to properly lead.  By communicating and making a decision as to how your time will be spent, your M will more than likely build her time around you or give feedback as to how the Concentrica can best navigate everyone’s wants and needs.
