THE THANG: C4 was chastised for playing the classics a little too often so he came up with something new but equally as brutal with bags. Partner A runs around football fields and soccer fields doing 30 derkins along the way. First round for partner B was 10 bunny hops over bag at goal line, 50, and goal line with 30 getups at the end. Round 2 push bag to 50 then 30 squats, then 30 squats at goal line. Round 3 do 3 man makers at goal, 50, and goal line then back.
