WARMUP: We did a long mosey to the back of the grass field then we lined up on the far end line. We knocked out various exercises to get the body warm. Some stretchy, some dynamic, some that we don’t do ever. It was different.
The Thang:
We knocked out a VERY extended 4 corners around the field. Exercises:
20 Donkey kicks at the random wall,
20 merkins at the next corner,
20 Squats at the next (Rubicon), and
20 Split Squats at the last (Rubicon – Performed at the picnic Tables, NOT the little bleachers).
We started at the wall, and did our donkey kicks. Then we ran to the 2nd corner, did the merkins and came back to corner number 1 and did another round of Donkeys.
Then we ran to corner 3, did the Hip Heists and as we hit the corners on the way back did the prescribed exercises.
Then we ran to the 4th corner, did the split squats, and hit the exercises again as we came back to the start.
We repeated the entire circuit, dropping the reps to 10 and increasing the standard of exercise execution (specifically on the donkey kicks)
Next we ran back to the poop loop for a bunch of rounds of tug-o-ball. 2 pax locked their arms around a large medicine ball and they had 30 sec to rip it free from the other pax. Winners stayed, losers ran the loop. After a lot of rounds, a broken watch, and a broken rib we ran to the flag
MARY: we did monkey humpers in the worst cadence imaginable
