THE THANG:
Part 1:
-each PAX received a cinder block and a light rock
-a die was rolled to get an odd or even number
-if odd, PAX were to do 20 reps with heavy weight for exercise on the board
-if even, PAX were to do 40 reps with light weight for exercise on the board
-rinse and repeat for 10 exercises

Part 2:
-repeat of Part 1, but just use the heavy weight the whole time

Part 3:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
-use this rep scheme for squats with weight and step-ups

*** The cinder blocks and light rocks did admirably well and performed their duties. One cinder block paid the ultimate price at the hands of Bagger. This particular cinder block only lasted 2 beatdowns, but it was a memorable 2 beatdowns. Alas, he will be replaced quickly but his willingness to serve (and cost $2.43 at Home Depot) will not be forgotten.
