Someone let Sega lead the second exercise. This must have been some nonsense they do at the Black Top: inchworm/burpees to half court. Lunge to end line. Rinse and repeat four times.
Yours truly took the next rotation. RESPECT!!! 50 merkins, 50 squats, 50 big boys, 5 down and back runs (both courts) rinse and repeat total of 3 times
Finished up with the Catbox version of speedball. They only thing worse than our collective ability to catch the ball was the lost boys trying to count us off into even teams.
