I failed on the warm-o-rama and F3 introduction, so today I completed both. We did a short mosey to the round about and completed 15 flutter kicks, 15 bbsu, 15 pickle pointers, and 15 mike tysons.
The thang, we moseyed to the hill aptly known as the grapes of wrath. The last few times at the vineyard, the hill was not used for some reason. At the bottom of the hill we were to do 5 rounds of 15 merkins, 15 squats, 15 bbsu, and 15 burpees. Run up the hill and back down, rinse and repeat. I quickly realized the error of my ways after the first round of 15 burpees and running up the hill. I was informed we could change it up, however, we all know suffering is the way.
With 9 minutes to spare, we moseyed back to the flag for a fun round of 11’s. 10 merkins, run to the second light post for 1 bbsu. These were all about form. Reps did not matter, completing them properly was most important.
Prayers for Scamper and his family, and also for the Pruitt family who lost there daughter Ella at 8 years old. This week was the 1 year anniversary.
