Morgan’s; 5-burpees. short mosey. uphill move from light-post to light post. bear-crawls then 20-SSH; lunges then 15-weed pickers; gorilla crawls then 10-Capt Morgans; broad jumps then 5-burpees, spring to last light post and end with American hammers till 6 arrives. loooooong mosey to middle school. pick a partner and repeat exercises above while partner runs through the wet, uphill, grass to fence and back. this took longer than expected. mosey to coupons. each PAX did 10 skull crushers, military press, chest-press, curls, dead-lift then squats while hugging coupon. long mosey to flag where we ended with 5 minutes of various core excises. everyone was drenched at the end.
