Happy 2023 to Radio Silence and all of F3 Cherokee!
Quick mosey (or mozzy) around the outside of the tennis court and then onto the court for a few exercises, including SSH, Imperial walkers, Hillbilly walkers, grass grabbers (i.e. weed pickers) — though a bit hard to grab/pick anything when you’re on a tennis court.
We brought “Roundabout” to Radio Silence.
We counted off 1-4 and each PAX started at one of 4 exercise stations, each located in a different “corner” of the park.
- corner at far end of soccer field — 10 Squnges (that’s a squat followed by a lunge with each leg)
- corner at end of basketball court — 20 hand-release merkins
- corner near 3-way stop — 30 arm curls with coupon
- corner at back entrance — 40 LBCs
After completing (at minimum) the required number of the given exercise, PAX would jog around outer sidewalk to the next station. To prevent “log-jam”, at least one PAX (but no more than 2 PAX) had to remain at each station at all times, even if that meant that a PAX had to do more than the required number of reps.
This continued for a full 35 minutes — we kept going around and around the big loop –> ROUNDABOUT 🙂
We concluded with some stargazers and about 15 Freddie Mercuries led by SmallWorld.
P-body was our most AWESOME 6th man, but then he had to leave. We prayed it out, and then Chubbs entertained with his storytelling while we drank coffee.
DON’T FORGET: Next week we will go to Waffle House following the BD. Bring an FNG!
