Run a quick lap around the parking lot and over to the MS bus lanes. Do a little dynamic stretching exercises together and then line up at the benches.
We started at the benches with 10 (kodiak count step ups) then ran to the 1st island to knock out 10 Merkins before returning to the benches. Next set we knocked out 20 step ups, ran to the next island for 15 Squats, back to the benches. Next round 30 step ups, run to the far side of the parking lot for 20 LBC.
Next we followed the same basic idea, but with dips at the benches, running loops of increasing distance, and exercises performed at the far sidewalks in the islands. For dips the reps remained 10/20/30 and the run exercises were 10/20/30 Monkey Humpers.
We followed that up with laps around the front parking lot of the MS with a series of 5 burpees at the start and increasing (by 10) big boy sit-ups at each light pole.
Finally we went back to the High School parking lot of a series of running and merkins until time ran out.
Prayers for Dory’s son and family that they can get some clarity on his leg situation soon.
